The Founder

GeniusesX was founded by Slav Ben-Ari, who previously served as R&D Director at Rakuten Viber, where he set up and managed R&D centers in Georgia and Eastern Europe. With deep, first-hand experience in building and scaling engineering teams, Slav understands what it takes to identify and attract top-tier technical leadership.

With over five years of hands-on recruiting experience in the technology sector and a track record of successful placements with international communication companies and Israeli startups, Slav brings a unique combination of technical depth and recruiting expertise to every search.
